The Georgia Inclusive Post Secondary Education Consortium (GAIPSEC) is a state-funded initiative of the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD), hosted in partnership with the Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) at Georgia State University. GCDD is a federally funded independent state agency, governed by a Council of fellow state agencies, as well as people with developmental disabilities and their family members. The mission of GCDD is to bring about social and policy changes that promote opportunities for the wide spectrum of diverse people/persons with developmental disabilities and their families to live, learn, work, play and worship in their communities. The CLD is a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service (UCEDD) and manages a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program. CLD operates as a program within the School of Public Health at Georgia State University.
